Responsibilities:

• Conduct Investment Due Diligence and Investment Performance/Risk Analysis exercises and reports.
• Attend portfolio and investment team meetings, events and relevant conferences to keep informed of changes and developments within the firm and the industry.
• Research and implement investment opportunities ensuring that RVC’s objectives and restrictions are considered.
• Participate in various forms of investor correspondence.
• Perform detailed analysis on individual investment opportunities, strategies and existing portfolio companies.
• Prepare customized and detailed portfolio performance reviews on a periodical basis.
• Responsible for ensuring the portfolio companies recommendations are in line with RVC’s goals, objectives and risk tolerance.
• Interact with investment team to help identify and source new investment opportunities.
• Prepare materials for the Investment Board/Committee and other internal meetings.
• Review and edit RFP responses and presentations.
• Interact with internal and external senior executives.
• Advise and oversee management of portfolio companies on business development, business management and operational performance.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in investment consulting or relevant.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
• High proficiency in English language is a must.
• Saudi candidates only.
