Admin Executive

Location: Lahore

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians, plumbers)
  • Oversee maintenance of company owned vehicles.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and other training sessions.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • admin: 3 years (Preferred)
