Your Role We are currently seeking a proactive and organised administrator to fulfil personal assistant responsibilities for three Client Managers, reception assistance and other ad-hoc administration duties. Your role will involve Providing daily support to three of the Client Managers of the Business Services Teams Backup Reception support Creating a professional and positive first and lasting impression of the firm Organisation of catering, flight and accommodation bookings for the whole firm Working collaboratively to support the other members of the PA and admin teams This is a full time role, however some flexibility will be considered for the right candidate. Essential Skills and Experience You will have had a minimum of 2 years™ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administration Assistant in a professional environment, ideally working within a Chartered Accounting firm.
