To support our success we are currently seeking a Team Assistant to join the Investment Strategy team in our Sydney office. About the Role... In this newly created role, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer. You will also provide administrative support to Heads of in Sunsupers investment team as required. In this role you will be responsible for Distribute and file all documents, including meeting minutes associated with Investment Recommendation Committee (IRC) Level 1, 2 and 3 approvals, including ensuring relevant aspects of the IRC Process Guide are followed. Organise, collect papers for and manage annual meeting schedules for selected other internal investment team meetings, including Asset Allocation Forum, Asset Class Forum, Ideas Forum, Asset Class Updates, Quarterly Performance Review meetings. This includes the delivery and filing of meeting packs to attendees. Liaise with internal and external participants on the agenda, time and venue for investment manager meetings, client meetings, Investment induction days, investment team off-sites, the annual Strategic Partners Forum, and book required logistics and facilities (including catering etc). Coordinate calendars and any other meeting requirements where three or more Heads Of are involved in a common meeting. Manage and update the Investment Strategy document library, intranet team page and Investment Team Shared Drive with current information that is readily accessible to the team in collaboration with the EA to the CIO. Assist investment team members with international travel logistics, including arranging meeting schedules. Assist the Chief Economist with domestic travel logistics for roadshows and other multi-destination itineraries. Assist the Chief Economist with the preparation of presentation packs where required. Assist the Investment team with administrative requests and provide back-up support to the Executive Assistant when requested and practical. About You... To ensure success you will possess Minimum 5 years™ experience in a similar role, preferably within a superannuation fund or other financial institution. Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Business school or other relevant office administration knowledge qualifications. Organisational skills, ability to think clearly and calmly at all times. A strong ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to seek timely guidanceclarification when required. Good attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues quickly. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Successful experience in a support role. How to Apply...
