This is not like the other typical investment models – instead of being in charge of a single firm or team, you’ll be in charge of an entire organization of ActionCOACH franchisees all operating under your supervision and guidance in your exclusive area.

 

Skills Required:

• Strong business acumen including a depth of knowledge in financial and commercial areas
• Expert leadership skills including planning and execution organizational projects
• Extensive management experience of teams and team building
• Advanced analytical and critical thinker with the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Experience with strategic planning and sales forecasting focused on achieve results
• Skilled in networking with a well-developed personal and professional network of contacts and connections within their community

 

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of leadership or executive level business experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office & Microsoft 365
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
• Experience with hiring and firing key personnel
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
