The Candidate will be responsible for

  • Search for the callers' machine details in Winserve (machine serial number, customer name, telephone number);
  • Verify the machines' contract validity in Winserve, and if the contract is valid proceed with logging the service call;
  • If machine is not under contract, send the customer service quotation and then proceed on logging the call upon the customers' approval;
  • Insert in the service call the full problem description of the machine;
  • Dispatch the service calls to the engineers directly or notify the service supervisor and follow up on the called-in calls with the engineers (make sure the service call will be attended as per target response time)
  • Take the service calls details from the engineers over the phone or after receiving the job order, and fill the details in Winserve before closing the service call
  • Encode the received job order details
  • File the job orders alphabetically after encoding them in a box file
  • Create the new delivered machines in Winserve and arrange for the installation with the engineers
  • File the completed installed machines
  • Reply to all service query emails.
  • Log and reply to customers' emails with the call reference number
  • Follow up incomplete calls and parts

  • High School Diploma - essential
  • Relevant recognized formal qualifications, to University level - desirable
  • Good command of MS Office and Outlook -essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English essential, knowledge of Arabic - desirable
