Job Purpose:  

This is the key position to manage company's business in Karak, through effective channel handling. The position is responsible to maintain the float and all the products available in the market as per the practice and policy. The incumbent will be handling the franchise teams for the availability of all the Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in the retail market, while also being responsible for achieving assigned targets of development and recharge. The role also entails staying informed of the ongoing activities of competition and reporting it to the line manager within a specified time period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Availability and replenishment of Ufone offering products like cards,load, Mobile Financial Services, sims etc.
• Development (direct/indirect) of existing areas/ markets and exploration of new potential markets.
• Ensuring data accuracy of retail universe in or available retail system as per practice.
• Doing Visibility audit of merchandising.
• Franchise Management that includes team development, regular follow-ups, target achievement and policy adherence to retail market.

• Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputable university

0-2 Years 

 

Skills and Expertise:

• Good Communication skills

• Good understanding of retail channel management

The position is available with HRSG Outsourcing which, at its own discretion, will deploy the candidate with PTML.
