Job Overview/Summary

Assistant Brand Manager Clorox will support the execution of the Brand Engagement plans and Brand management processes for the Clorox Brand within Bleach and Laundry segments, contributing to healthy brand volume and profit growth. Assistant Brand Manager will work cross-functionally, influencing and supporting multiple stakeholders in the delivery of highly effective Brand Engagement plans, based on deep consumer understanding. Assistant Brand Manager will support all categories across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in developping and executing BE programs focused on building consumer value that are well integrated across fuction to support Bleach and Laundry growth by delivering share improvements, HH penetration and Consumer Value objective.
  • Develops a solid understanding of the P&L, financial reporting and commercial analysis – including overseeing initiatives budget.
  • Ensure creative assets, inputs to AMPS and customer selling tools are complete. Manage all offline branded collateral
  • Create fit-for-purpose marketing materials suitable and relevant to local market needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with agencies and production shops to create and produce required materials.
  • Responsible for collating and disseminating Brand Engagement, base support and any other toolkits and content packs to distributors.
  • Understanding of Media Bin
  • Track activities/initiatives, brand health, monitors competitive activity and analyse Nielsen syndidicated data to recommend improvements in segment strategies and BE plans. Support in the formation of the strategy letter, LRP and budget.
  • Champion the consumer needs and brand passion within the overall business.
  • Identify opportunities in geographies outside the UAE to enhance brand development and gain competitive edge while desiging tailored support

Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required

Years and Type of Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience in CPG, with a proven track record in delivering business results and effective consumer centric activation plans.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Experience of annual planning, calendar of activities, across multiple retail and communication channels.
  • Experience of building omnichannel plans, in an integrated way with holistic marketing plan.
  • Solid experience in new product development and launch experience.

Execution

  • Experience of brand management or marketing communications

Insights:

  • Understanding market, shopper and sales insights and transform into action or strategic inputs
  • Strong knowledge of Digital marketing, execution best practices, technologies and industry trend.

Cross Functional Management:

  • Demonstrates High Performing Team mentality

Education Level/Degree:

Bachelor degree. MBA is a plus.

Arabic Language is a plus

Required Education
