Job Summary;

• Passion for sales to reach out to potential clients as per company plans to offer ALDour MEP Contracting & maintenence services & products.

• Maintain good relations with new and existing clients to help in achieving periodic target goals .

Responsibilities:

- Responsible in acquiring new business leads and sales for the company.

- Planning and overseeing of new marketing initiatives, researching of new clients to find new opportunities.

- Develop quotes and proposals for the clients,

- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic social media, and direct mail.

- Prepare and follow up on any sales proposals, agreements or any supporting documents & regestrations prepared for clients.

- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents or any other needs of the BD department team.

- Liaise between the Technical team and the Operations team to provide the most suitable service to the client needs, cost and time restraints.

- Coordinate with tenders and pricing in the process of preparing and delivering presentations according to the specifications and standards in the company.

- Prepare reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

- Coordinate meetings with clients & operations team and the BD team as and when required.

- Maintain all records of proposals and track activities throughout the department.

- Prepare reports pertaining to pipeline, submitted proposals, achieved targets as and when requested by BD Manager.

- Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manage

Qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Min 5 years Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire, & electrical systems in commercial & industrial sectors.

- Ability to read and understand Engineering designs drawings

- Marketing Experience .

- Experience in Arab Gulf area

- Candidate must confirming that he is A Hard Worker &Willing to work independent without Supervision.

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

- Good in English
