Cash Officer

The position of Cash Officer exists for the purpose of paying cash on the receipt of duly passed instruments at the counter and receiving cash from customers for deposit in the account; preparation of transfer instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Verify all cash receipts.
• Verify all cash payments.
• Prepare daily cash reconciliations.
• Create a computerized slip of the cash payment / received,
• Post cash paid/received a stamp, cashier signature and also a customer signature on the office copy of the slip.
• To Reconcile the Day end cash in the software with the Physical Cash.
