Riverside Theatres is the centrepiece of performance culture in Sydney’s Central city, Parramatta and premiere arts venue in Western Sydney. The staff at Riverside Theatres are passionate about bringing the very best the performing arts can offer to audiences.

Riverside Theatres is currently seeking expression of interest for enthusiastic Box Office Team members in the role of Casual Theatre Operator – Box Office.

You will be working closely with the Box Office Team Leader, Box Office Coordinator and the rest of the Box Office Team to deliver sales and customer service to Riverside Theatre patrons. Your main role will be to selling tickets and providing performance information to patrons.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:

• Experience and ability to sell tickets
• Experience responding to customer enquiries
• Experience in cash handling
• Experience using ENTA (or similar ticketing software) and Microsoft Office

What's on Offer
We are offering a hourly rate from $22.68 per hour + 25% casual loading + penalties plus 9.5% super. Riverside Theatres also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
