You will :

Focus on commercial and contract support on one of the companies largest and most challenging outsourcing and technology accounts.

Settle disputes.

Be well skilled in contract analysis and provision of advice and guidance on contract interpretation.

Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements and ensure any potential impacts are understood.

You will have :

3+ years post-signature experience in the commercial contracts field.

Experience working on challenging accounts with difficult stakeholders.

Contract and commercial drafting experience, including a level of client engagement.

The ability to work remotely and in a team, build relationships with other business functions.

NB - This is not a sales/procurement role. You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and judgement about contractual and commercial risks/issues
