Responsibilities:

• Developing of commissioning plans
• Functional testing and other work in the field
• Technical skills in HVAC design, controls, electrical systems, testing and balancing
• Stay up to date on local codes

Qualifications:

• 3+ year's progressive experience in MEP design / construction administration, commissioning, or building operations
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• LEED AP, CEM, CxA, or energy certification preferred, must be willing to achieve one or more credentials.
• Computer hardware/software/network expertise, as appropriate
