Consultants

Consultants are expected to possess expertise in two or more areas, including assessment and development, leadership development, training delivery, learning and development, works within small to mid-sized client projects.

Main Purpose

To lead on project, provide technical expertise and deliver value-adding end-to-end talent management solutions to clients as per agreed scope.

Key Accountabilities

To deliver quality talent project components (including but not limited to, training, role profiling, assessment and development centres, feedbacks) driven by ethical standards, according to the set standard and scope. To maintain a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with clients across all levels within business Deliver consistent quality according to a standard methodology. To maintain the integrity of the overall solutions and managing any escalations To accurately and consistently attend to administration and record-keeping. To promote cross-functional cooperation and ensure knowledge share across the business. To identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering talent solutions.

Capabilities
  • Outstanding insight with regard to individuals, teams, culture of organizations
  • Good commercial insight based on working at senior levels within large scale businesses
  • Significant experience in Occupational psychology, Consulting and or HR/Talent Management consulting
  • Knowledge of data management and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative statistical techniques (desirable).
  • Experience in delivering public training.
  • Knowledge of psychometric principles and practices
  • Knowledge of talent management/measurement


Skills
  • Understand and believe in the value of Talent Measurement in strategic human capital solutions.
  • A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
  • Project management basics
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Proficient business English, Arabic language is advantageous although not essential
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills: Able to create and manipulate documents using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and SPSS
  • Facilitation skills


Education
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Psychology or related field with a strong academic background. Relevant post-graduate degree (highly preferred)
  • Qualified TUOA and TUOP (BPS Level A & B) desirable
