  • We’re seeking a team member to join our team who will be responsible for our clients in various sectors:

     

    Our team member will;

     

    ·        Manage and coordinate all loyalty campaigns, direct marketing and lifecycle management activities in line with the marketing calendar.

    ·        Develop and implement strategic actions for client’s Loyalty Program utilizing the project resources to grow customer loyalty and drive revenue.

    ·        Develop/manage KPIs and benchmarks to track strategic goals.

    ·        Provide thorough program reports with perceptive analysis.

    ·        Work closely with the technology teams in order to understand key drivers that can influence the program strategy.

    ·        Serve as main point-of-contact for the client – delegating information and updates to the appropriate team member.

    ·        Ability to build strong, trust-based collaborative relationships across internal and external organizations at all levels.

    ·        Ensure efficient and effective workflow from all team members.

    ·        Provide weekly client check-ins to ensure all updates.

    ·        Prepare activity reports for all clients and present information to clients.

    ·        Stay current and relevant in loyalty, digital marketing, social media and overall industry news.

     

     

    Qualifications

    ·        2- 3 years of experience in the field of marketing

    ·        Bachelor's (required) Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field

    ·        Excellent command of both written and spoken English (weekly status conference calls with the client in English)

    ·        Preferably, experienced with Loyalty Marketing

    ·        Experience in account management, marketing or related disciplines required

    ·        Effective communication and presentation skills (compelling story-teller, in words and slides)

    ·        Experience in mobile technologies

    ·        Must be a self-starter and be willing to take responsibility of projects and follow-through from initiation to completion.

    ·        Ability to build strong, trust-based collaborative relationships across internal and external organizations at all levels

    ·        Clear evidence of excellent strategic, creative problem solving and analytic skills previous roles

    ·        Result oriented and able to overcome obstacles during execution

    ·        Willing to understand customer behaviors and reasons behind it

    ·        Proactive and has a positive attitude

    ·        Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to make behavioral changes based on feedbacks

    ·        On time and on-budget attitude
