We're looking for a customer success manager to join our team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our enterprise clients (primarily car dealers) in the GCC region. This will involve customer setup, training and monthly account check-ins. While based in Dubai, travel throughout the GCC will be required.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer relation skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
You will need to be familiar with technology, mobile apps and the automotive industry. Basic onsite training and tech support for clients will be required in this role. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a startup environment.
