Responsibilities
- Managing delivery vendors relationships, supporting and joining to the purchasing meetings, contract management,
- Preparing annual delivery budgets, checking actuallization datas in weekly/monthly periods and complying with company targets,
- Checking invoices regarding delivery operations,
- Managing business processes with relevant departments (accounting-finance-warehouse operations-category)
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports to be presented to the management and other stakeholders,
- Taking preventive measures for cost reduction, creating productivity and improvement projects,
- Executing delivery operations directly for retail (warehouse) channel orders,
- Performing on the master data tasks,
- Following up the performance and improving the processes of all delivery vendors,
- Solving the problems all delivery related complaints (tickets) and taking necessary actions due to preventing of ticket increase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from one of the top Universities (Industrial engineer, logistics, economy),
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the E-Commerce or Logistics (min. 3 years’ experience in a managerial position)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Project management experience,
- Strong communication and change management skills,
- Result and customer oriented, excellent follow-up skills,
- Desing capability for improvement of system and processes,
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills,
- Ready to work in dynamic, flexible and fast change conditions,
- No obstacle to travel in Turkey and abroad,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul or around Gebze
