  • Position Overview

    This position has full functional ownership of designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions delivered to our enterprise clients. The role combines consulting with clients to map their needs to CRM, functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM, and project management. The role comes with a high degree of empowerment and responsibility, providing growth opportunities to manage larger and more complex initiatives and engage with senior level personnel within client organizations.


    Primary Responsibilities

    CRM Analyst and Configuration Responsibilities

    Responsible for architecting, defining, designing, configuring and validating all functional aspects of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution. Consistently utilize Tahoe Partner’s SmartMethod tools, templates and best practices to comprehensively and accurately execute the following with high quality on time and on budget:

    • Demonstrate advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and related technologies to provide detailed reliable options and scoping/estimates for solution implementations.
    • With Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities in mind, document all solution requirements.
    • isposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique.
    • Assess data and develop plans for data migration.
    • Document functional specifications.
    • Fully configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to meet client needs. Coding is not a requirement for this role.
    • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts prioritizing and managing issues to resolution.
    • Develop training plans, materials and solution documentation. Execute training as needed.


    Project Management Responsibilities

    Project management entails the successful delivery of all assigned projects and includes the responsibilities listed below.

    • Develop detailed project plans.
    • Develop robust project charters.
    • Develop project kick-off presentations.
    • Issue weekly status reports and conduct weekly meetings.
    • Maintain and communicate resource forecasts.
    • Maintain, communicate and escalate project issues and risks.
    • Manage project change requests.
    • Manage internal and client deliverable reviews.
    • Manage activities of project team members and client participants.
    • Manage day to day relationships with the client and all stakeholders.



    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or similar. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering information technology solutions.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Microsoft CRM solutions with deep hands on experience configuring solutions to meet specifications.
    • The successful candidate will have relevant analysis, design, develop, test, and deploy implementation experience in CRM Sales Productivity.
    • Project management experience that includes scoping and executing mid-sized projects assuming full accountability for project success.
    • Minimum of 2 years consulting experience (external) with demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with mid-level clients.
    • Experience working with Microsoft’s Power Platform and SharePoint Online are plusses.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good presence in front of clients.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and productively contributing to multiple concurrent assignments.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and overall Microsoft Office productivity suite.

    Work Requirements

    This position is Chicago based. Commuting and working onsite throughout the greater Chicago area may be required on a regular basis.
