About Our PVH Ecommerce Division

The Ecommerce (Ecom) Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com sites across all European markets, shipping currently to 25 countries. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Tommy Hilfiger is growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. At Tommy Hilfiger we are transforming the fashion industry by breaking conventions every single day. We are always exploring ways to bring the industry forward and constantly accelerating the pace in which we do business. The Tommy Hilfiger Ecom team consists of approx. 60+ people and will still be growing.

What does your team do within PVH Ecommerce?

As Ecommerce Planning Coordinator you will be joining the Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce Planning team, which is working very closely with the Merchandising team. The team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motivated and skilled as well as inspiring to work with. We are constantly striving for a close collaboration in order to maximize sales performance and bringing experience and initiatives into our business. Together we take ownership in certain divisions and creating the best consumer experience in the online product offer.

Your Role At Tommy Hilfiger
  • Assist and support the Planning team in all aspects of Ecommerce store management, including Weekly reporting, Replenishment and Seasonal planning
  • Prepare and assist in Seasonal Hindsights, Buys and Sign-off meetings
  • Analyze sales per size and size breakdowns
  • Markdown administration
  • Ad Hoc analysis
  • Support in performing end-to-end planning activities for small product groups or divisions


What We Are Looking For
  • Ideally 1-2 years of planning experience but we are also open to ambitious entry level with strong Excel; analytical and reporting skills gained through work experience or relevant education such as bachelor degrees in Business Administration/ Management
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and commercially aware with an ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
