Scope Of Responsibilities

Undertake 2 year professional and personal development program as directed in the graduate program. Assist and collaborate with a team of engineers, designers & management within the assigned discipline/project.

Primary Duties

•  Carry out duties in accordance with Petrofac’s values and strategy
•  Adhere to Petrofac’s HSSEIA and quality policies and procedures
•  Operate as part of a team of engineers and designers in carrying detailed engineering works and provide necessary technical procurement assistance in compliance with tender specifications/data sheets and within budgeted man-hour and project schedules
•  Undergo graduate program as directed by Petrofac Academy.
•  Support and coordinate various project elements within the assigned discipline/project/ sites
•  Provide reports, analysis and research on relevant issues as directed
•  Support and participate in process improvement activities
•  Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions

Physical Effort and Work Environment

 Graduates will participate in a 2-year development program which requires rotation across business units.

 Work is normally reviewed by supervisor

 Duties performed in office are mostly in air-conditioned surroundings. Graduates would also require traveling to sites for construction and commissioning activities.

Minimum Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in engineering. Fresh from university or less than one-year experience in any industry.
