We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for a pre-opening project in Abu Dhabi - A cozy, casual yet elegant boutique café. The ideal candidate must have pre-opening experience and knowledge in Bakery.  

 

Responsibilities

• Manage finances for kitchen operations
• Menu development & Engineering
• Produce quality food
• Oversee menu creation & food costs
• Train junior personnel

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
• 5+ years experience in management kitchen positions
• Experience in dealing with Suppliers for pre-opening requirements
• Experience working within budget constraints
