Job Purpose:
The position is required to deal with high revenue individual customers or corporate clients who are tagged to the Priority Segment. The incumbent will provide proactive customer services through door step services and resolve all queries/complaints of the clients. The aim is to develop relationships with the customer/corporate client for effective retention through overall portfolio management assigned to him/her. The incumbent is required to manage special projects assigned to him/her as per management discretion in order to enhance the overall priority portfolio revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To provide personalised customer services to assigned Ufone Priority/corporate customers and ensure proper customer management.
- Ensure Portfolio Management, Performance targets as per SQS KPI's and special projects assigned by management.
- Provide feedback on day-to-day operations of assigned Portfolio to Line Manager.
- Remain abreast on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value added services offered by the company.
- Adherence & compliance to company policies & procedures.
- Implementation of ISO Standards, Communication Policy,and Company policies.
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA
Experience Required:
- 1 to 2 Years in customer services
Required Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
- Product related information
- Telecommunication knowhow
- Business upselling techniques

The position is available with PTML’s service provider HRSG Outsourcing engaged in providing services to PTML for various projects.
