We are looking for a experienced individual, compassionate about education and children, level headed for our new primary school from grades Montessori to 5th grade.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB: The school Principal candidate serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe traditional as well as advanced learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Board of Directors and to communicate effectively with parents and students as well as the teachers and the senior staff. The candidate must be able conduct workshops, and provide training to the staff. The candidate must be very disciplined, punctual and lead by example. The candidate must possess excellent artistic skills, including but not limited to drawing, classroom decoration. At times the candidate is expected to take work home as well as stay at school for no extra cost to school. The candidate should effectively be able to communicate students concerns with their respective parents. The candidate should be able to effectively teach all primary classes when required. The main focus of the principal's duty and concern should be the education quality and the thriving of our students at Shaheed Haroon Academy. The candidate MUST provide a daily and weekly report through email to the CEO and the board members of our organization in excellent English about day-to-day issues in regards to our school.

The candidate MUST possess skills to interact with small children in a very loving and in understanding manner. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling and create planners, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.Required qualifications: M.A., M.Sc., B.A., B.Sc with B.Ed, B.Ed Hons, or M.Ed
