Role – To assist Franchisees in growing their business, improving margins and profitability, setting goals and action items, and complying with corporate Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• To understand in detail the situation and challenges of your locations by: collecting/analysing labour schedules, inventories, other KPIs, and P&L’s on a timely basis, planning & executing all promotions, know the news & events of each location in order to accurately forecast sales, minimize costs and help grow their business
• Perform corporate Brand Standards audits, and prepare business reports
• Maintain scheduled calls, emails, site visits to keep up-to-date with each location
• Work with Franchisee to find solutions for each specific challenge, from planning and goal-setting through to the excution of action items
• Assist Franchisee in strategic planning, scheduling and creating workbacks for specific tasks through execution
• Provide leadership and coaching; continuously evaluate individual performance

• Provide ideation and support of local store marketing activities
• Preach the importance of Entertainment to enhance the Guest experience
• Motivate Franchisees to maximize sales and profitability
• Drive Franchisees to execute all LSM and national programs
• Maintain a hands-on working relationship with existing locations
• Assist with training and lead new store openings
• Mult-unit management experience

In a LOVE-STRUCK CRAZE he added double-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and chipotle pulled pork. He presented the box to his sweetheart and it was LOVE AT FIRST PLASTIC FORKFUL. The taste had the power of 100 mixed tapes and they wed immediately. Smoke realized that he couldn’t keep this secret to himself, that he could use it to help ALL OF MANKIND. Thanks to the power his Poutine, he was ready to answer the call of grumbling stomachs far and wide. After all, the love of POUTINE NEVER DIES.
