Regional Vice President of Sales, Eastern Canada

Position Description:

Provide leadership and strategic direction for direct reports. Works with group leaders to develop the strategic plan and budgets. Develops and implements recruitment and retention strategies. Provides leadership and direction to the assigned sales team through the planning, coordination, engagement, and facilitation of all group meetings, initiatives, and deliverables that will deliver member value to each sales member.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the GTA and Montreal Sales Team
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective company
  • Active involvement throughout the implementation phase with each new customer to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue
  • Accountable for having your assigned team build a professional network in order to build a pipeline of business prospects
  • Must be able to communicate accurate and timely forecasts to multiple levels of management
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver results
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, and campaigns
  • Responsible and accountable for meeting required sales/revenue targets
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time


The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven business acumen and leadership experience
  • 8+ years of direct selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience selling to or managing relationships with corporate clients preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to represent BRANDALLIANCE in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Industry preferred
  • Must have strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and consensus-team building skills
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and to meet deadlines, including the ability to develop and manage project time-lines and stage deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service and delivering member value
  • Demonstrated meeting organization and facilitation skills
