What's the role?

On joining our Graduate Trainee Management Programme, you will be directly assigned to one of our C Level Directors, where, starting at the bottom you will:

• Learn about the Company and how it operates
• Learn how to Deliver results quickly
• Find out how to interrogate and fix challenges
• Become Proficient in Digital Marketing
• Have a solid understanding of company Operations
• Be clear about Finance
• Know how to increase Sales
• Grow rapidly and transform from First Class Graduate to a highly commercial individual

Requirements

We are looking for First Class graduates:

• With a strong academic track record
• With a strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
• With proven communication and influencing skills
• Who are commercially astute, driven, ambitious, highly intelligent, hungry for success, fast promotion to leadership and genuine responsibility.
• We may consider a 2:1 from a Russell Group University.
