Your Mission

• You are an experienced inbound marketer with a proven track record in B2B and show a list of success cases
• You lead all our growth channels with full responsibility for strategies, initiatives, successes and reporting
• You are a master in A/B testing, tracking, conversion optimization and have experience with SEO and content generation
• You execute core initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of all relevant channels and also sales
• You structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital performance / inbound marketing, including all relevant paid channels
• Exceptional academic record with a degree from a top tier college or University (Business or engineering degrees preferred)
• Track record in generating and scaling B2B leads for sales teams
• Mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Exceptional project and people management skills
• The belief that awesome things are MADE to happen and ambiguity is your friend
• Working proficiency in German (must) and English
