Set target, plan & drive merchant acquisition activity as per business goal
Develop platform that can support acquisition of merchants from all sectors on QR
Maintain merchant’s relationships to ensure continual growth and sales targets.
Leverage prospect and contract new merchants and partners by presenting the appropriate Select points solution for the business.
In collaboration with products team ensure promotional support for all merchants to generate customer pull at those outlets.
Prepare quarterly/yearly budget for drive merchant acquisition
Address bottle necks in effective processing of on boarding requests and re-vamp relevant processes to make its execution effective
People Management - leading a team of diverse experience & expertise effectively.
Summarize and optimize the on-line/off-line monitoring rules, work closely with the relevant stakeholders to improve the platform’s overall infrastructure performance and capabilities.
Manage multiple concurrent cross functional projects
Responsible for effective communication for internal & external stakeholders.
Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization.
The candidate must bring to the team lots of energy and enthusiasm, thrive on challenges and must be able to develop a dynamic team over time.
Experience in product management, campaigns, writing processes and creating solutions
Ability to construct market segments and drive QR focused campaigns
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and campaign tools
Deep understanding of merchant acquiring business
Written and verbal communication skills
Vendor management & Negotiation skills.
