- Handling Recruitment cycling including: drafting job ads, posting on different mediums, sifting CVs, shortlisting best candidates, conducting interviews and getting the best resource for the company.
- Coordinating with applicants' and employees' queries and complaints.
- Generating business letters and monthly progress report.
- Maintaining databases and employee record.
- Monitoring office and activities.
- Liaising communication between employees and higher management.
- Identifying problems and coming up with solutions.
- Important decision taking and high involvement in policy making.
- HR analysis.
- Counselling employees and ensuring their high morale.
- Delivering training sessions.
- Maintaining attendance record.
