Responsibilities:

  • Handling Recruitment cycling including: drafting job ads, posting on different mediums, sifting CVs, shortlisting best candidates, conducting interviews and getting the best resource for the company.
  • Coordinating with applicants' and employees' queries and complaints.
  • Generating business letters and monthly progress report.
  • Maintaining databases and employee record.
  • Monitoring office and activities.
  • Liaising communication between employees and higher management.
  • Identifying problems and coming up with solutions.
  • Important decision taking and high involvement in policy making.
  • HR analysis.
  • Counselling employees and ensuring their high morale.
  • Delivering training sessions.
  • Maintaining attendance record.
  • Making salaries.
  • Arranging events.
