Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and related field,
  • Minimum 4-5 years of Human Resources experience, especially at search &selection,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Strong coaching skills and having positive and forward-looking mind,
  • Analytical & strategic mindset with ability to communicate with global HR teams,
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.


 

Job Description


  • Mainly focusing on attracting new talents to ManpowerGroup according to Company strategy and HR policies,
  • To expand the candidate pool in line with future Company recruitment planning and project requirements, and will be responsible of full cycle of recruitment process,
  • Study, analyze and propose superiorly the definition or revision of human resources management processes (recruitment and selection, performance management, career management, compensation and benefits management, training& development, talent management, exits management, admission and termination of employees processing, among others) strategy,
  • Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the responsibility area,
  • To carry out the support materials for the implementation of human resources management systems, based on the planning and organization defined in conjunction with the Managing Director, implementing the defined methodologies and instruments, in order to ensure the response to the needs identified in the Group and the efficient and effective operation of their systems,
  • Support and respond to all Human Resources of the company, guiding and assisting the teams further away from the areas of business support, where necessary, to ensure that action plans and strategies are applied throughout the company,
  • Ensure all the conditions needed to all the employees in the company, in terms of access to the platforms, contracts, workplace, health insurance, equipment, communications, cars, parking and others, in order to guarantee they can do their job in the correct way.
