Customer Service Representative in St.Catharines, ON

*12 months contract with possibility of extension*

*Must be able to provide copy of High School Diploma or GED*

*Clear criminal record is required*

*$16/HOUR*

Start Date: Monday Novemeber  11th, 2019

*Shift Hours are anytime from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri*

* Full-time position Monday to Friday.

Candidate must bring 2 pieces of ID if an interview is requested.

Job duties:

• Support and expand self-serve advertising customer base
• Demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide pre and post-sales support
• Provide product and basic tool support
• Receive and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue
• May perform follow-up on incidents with customer to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Min 1-yr customer service experience
• Familiarity with online advertising products
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays)
• PC skills and keyboarding skills
• Experience using social media
