GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related areas
• Min.5 years of recruitment experience in the technology/IT sector 
• Preface Good knowledge of written and spoken English 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Desire to learn and achieve targets

       

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency based interviews, coordinating interviews with managers
• Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet recruitment needs
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment channels
