Asset management arm focuses on capturing capital flows between developed and emerging markets, and principally deploying junior debt and minority equity capital in a variety of situations.


Dome Group Istanbul office is offering a long-term internship position for an ambitious student who want to pursue a career in corporate finance, merger & acquisitions, restructuring and financing.


We are seeking excellent students who are studying finance / business / economics and are close to finishing their bachelor’s / master’s degree. A lean team structure will give candidates significant exposure both within the Group and in client facing situations, as well as ability to assume a high level of responsibility.


Typical responsibilities of the Intern will include, but will not be limited to

  • Assisting team members in preparation of client presentations, valuation reports, financial analysis, model building
  • Preparing detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Research & analysis (markets, industry dynamics, market players)
  • Preparation of client presentations
  • Other ad-hoc requests as required


What we expect:

  • An ambitious senior student in their final year of bachelor’s / master’s degree
  • Ideally having an internship experience in corporate finance, investment banking or private equity
  • Excellent analytical and technical ability
  • Able to source and analyse information critically
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills; ability and comfort to communicate with very senior professionals
  • Commercially minded and willingness to work in an unstructured work environment
  • Willing to take on high level of responsibility, take initiative and work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player and a positive attitude to work in a tightly knit, collegiate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus
