Seynur is hiring a technical, hands-on Data Solutions Engineer to engage with customers, drive adoption of solutions provided, and generate opportunities to develop customers' business . The position requires constant self-improvement and obtaining certain data solutions related certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with named customer accounts on all technical matters including system architecture design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, installs, updates, maintenance, configuration and optimization
• Understand (potential) customers’ needs and pains, map them to concrete consulting/development tasks 
• Drive partner product solutions as well as custom built development efforts for customers 
• Deliver complex deployments while working side by side with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases 
• Provide consulting and support services to various customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related professional experience
• BS degree related to mathematics, computer science, or engineering 
• Experience with Linux servers
• Self-motivated, self-educating, and well organized with a healthy sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently
• Driver License
• No travel restrictions
• Languages: Turkish & English

Nice to have:

• Related certifications (Splunk, Elastic, Confluent)
• Splunk Core Certified User
• Experience in Splunk, Elasticsearch and/or Kafka
• Experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and/or IT Operations Analytics (ITOA)
• MS in a computational or mathematical field 
• Prior experience as a pre-sales engineer/architect/consultant 
• Experience in Python, Java, and/or Scala 
• Experience with related open source projects (Spark, Hadoop, Storm, etc.) is a plus 
• Knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms 
• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies (e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.)
