Logistics and Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end procurement process and overseeing the supply chain and logistics management
• Accountable for ensuring JIT (Just In Time) in full delivery from suppliers
•  Manage commodity cost initiatives; Stay updated with current market rates, obtain quotes, compare costs, regularly contact suppliers to renegotiate prices, resolve disputes and claims and promote best practices across the company.
•  Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers, as well as monitor their efficiencies to achieve the best possible delivery performance
• Negotiate contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Associate with Vendor Manager and Warehouse Manager for procurement needs and support company operations with an uninterrupted flow of materials; Assist in maintaining a minimum inventory at all times as possible
• Supervise the safe transit of goods to and from the warehouse.
• Ensure the delivery times and location are accurately provided. Also, create a safe work environment for all employees
• Managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse. Optimum utilization of space usage within the warehouse
• Ensure the stock is stored safely and is well organized for easy packing/distribution
• Prepare inventory control, stock reports and responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance.
• Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution
• Interfaced with management, purchasing associates, accounts payable associates and provide valuable feedback upon the on-going processes and scope of improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Above.
• Language: English – and Arabic.
• Logistics and Procurement experiences in F&B, minimum 4 years.
• Transferable Iqama
