Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees.


This position is based in Jeddah and directly reports to the Logistics Manager.


Duties and responsibilities

Provide monthly reports and feedback to Logistics Manager regarding orders delivery, transportation issues, warehousing issues and other distribution-related issues when required. 

Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, developing an understanding of customers' needs, and taking required actions to ensure that such needs are consistently met or exceeded.

Follow up on transportation issues, e.g. delivery performance, transport suppliers …etc.

Responsible to maintain FG and RM warehouses by following proper documentation and storage guidelines to ensure all materials are stored accurately, properly accounted for and in appropriate conditions.  

Monitor customer complaints and return goods process and respond as per the company’s standard practice to maintain a professional customer service.  

Qualifications

You are a Saudi national (Saudization program)

You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)

You have 1-3 years of relevant experience

You are between 23-30 years old

You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
