POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides management and oversight of all Logistic Supply and Service functions on the QBOSS program. Specific activities include, CIF, the Supply Support Activity (SSA) and Fuel/Bottled Water. This is in direct support of the ASG-QA Directorate of Logistics (DOL) mission. Serves as a key customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures contract personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives. (40%)
- Coordinates with ASG-QA Leadership and QBOSS Leadership. (25%)
- Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs. (15%)
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required. (15%)
- Performs other duties and assignments as required. (5%)

Computer, cell phone, vehicle and other office equipment
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Job assignments will involve work in and out-of-doors with exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust and high temperatures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs.; Work will require walking up and down stairs, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
possess at least six years of Army Logistics experience at a Supervisory level. Experience managing government contracts highly desired.
Skills:
SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide broad guidance and direction to a multinational team. Oversee Budget functions within the SSSC.
