Our client, a Global Beauty Company is searching for a temp to hire Manager of National Accounts to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full time role Monday through Friday 9-5 in Los Angeles, CA .

Primary Responsibilities:

National Accounts –

Partner with GM/VP and work closely with Director, Account Management to develop retailer relationships, retail sales objectives, plans, and programs for assigned retailer cluster. (Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Dillard’s, Bloomingdales, Fab Fit Fun and150 Independent Accounts – Beauty Fashion Sales Group Liaison)

Advise of opportunities considering brand's NA strategy, competitive landscape and trend and support planning and execution

Direct responsibility for Sales and NOP target.

• Ensure monthly and quarterly control. Review monthly achievements and adjust as necessary.

• Conduct post launch evaluation analysis of major programs to determine ROI on key business levers

Spend time in the field focusing on the understanding of the competitive set and channel opportunities.

Work with cross functional teams to pursue all advertising/marketing opportunities.

Drive the 360 planning of new launches with a focus on digital/social/mobile.

Responsible for product assortment to determine what gondola product changes will most positively impact sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to work collaboratively across functions (Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance).
• Strong analytical and communication skills along with exceptional computer literacy
• Superior customer service-oriented abilities to meet the needs of the retail partner and brand stakeholders
• Must be able to manage multiple projects
• Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.
• Experience working in the Beauty industry and Consumer Packaging Goods Industry preferred.
• Prior experience with Passport System and/or Data Warehouse a plus
