Role Summary:

The Manufacturing Specialist Position implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; prepares cost estimation of new products to be processed in the plant

Essential Responsibilities:


Implements production methods.


Recommends and implements improvements in the production process.


Performs product development and researches experiments using engineering skills to solve complex technical problems.


Analyzes and interprets experimental and field data and makes recommendations concerning product design, materials and manufacturing specifications using independent judgment.


Regularly involved in project initiation.


Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:


Associate's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience.

Desired Characteristics:


Intermediate engineering skills.


Moderate analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.


Product Development & Manufacturing Quality


CAD/CAM skills > Entry Level


Machining processes optimization and Innovation


Basic problem solving skills.


Sound working knowledge of principles, concepts, theories, and/or practices of applicable discipline.
