Are you a jack of all trades when it comes to communications and sales support? The Marketing Support Specialist who will be responsible for a little bit of everything: generating leads, managing internal channels, designing new websites, and working with social media, among other projects.
This position will report to the Head of Marketing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales operations:Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players
Understand customer’s needs and qualify the opportunity
Present the value proposition of service / solution, follow up and close the sale
Maintain and expand your database of prospects, gather data and deliver reports
Prioritize deadlines in order to effectively meet weekly Marketing and Sales team goals
Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of CRM system according to team best practices
Communications:Demonstrate a willingness to embrace new technology and a changing communications landscape.
Master a variety of content management systems.
Daily management of a variety of internal channels.
Conceptualize and create a variety of different communications deliverables, including visual emails, newsletters, websites, etc.
Deliver daily communications in an expeditious fashion.
Create contents to promote internal & External content.
Use metrics and data to guide our communications strategy.
Provide support for Employee Communications objectives.
Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and tools related to employee communications, with particular focus on social media, change management, and employer branding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred)
Required Technical Skills:Proficiency in photo and design software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, a plus
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other presentation tools to develop and articulate strategic plans.
Experience with HTML code would be a plus

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and prioritize demands.
A strong work ethic, along with the ability to understand and meet the client’s needs; a willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities; and a desire to think creatively about how to provide the highest level of service and optimal outcome.
