Tractebel Engineering is now seeking a Mep Engineer Urban Sector to join the Italian Operation (Milan’s Office) :

Your function

• Is responsible of the technical and commercial development of the assigned activities
• Liaises with other entities of Tractebel as well as local partners, and subcontractors
• Takes leadership of specific Marketing & Sales initiatives as well as project implementation
• Together with the Operation and Technical Managers defines market price and prepares project budgets
• Is responsible of the successful project execution, ensuring policy compliance, technical excellence, respect of deadlines and financial goals
  
  

Your profile

• Engineering Degree (preference for Civil Engineering)
• At least 8/10yrs experience in project/proposal management or business development in engineering companies focused on buildings, eco-district or smart cities
• Project management experience, possibly matured in an International environment
• Extensive experience on large and complex building projects, involving all aspects and phases of the project from conceptual design, quick estimation of building cost, presentation to Clients or Authorities, etc.
• General experience with MEP engineering projects.
• Environmental management of the project, including emissions of CO2, harmful emissions, noise reduction, landscaping
  
  

It Is Required a Specific Knowledge Of

• MS project
• CAD like AutoCAD, REVIT and BIM methodology
• Sustainable design methodologies, like LEED, BREEAM, WELL
• Energy audit/efficiency tools like Dynamic Thermal Modelling
