Job Description

The Process lead/ Partner should be able to drive - Process Design, BPR and Deep Q2C Capabilities in ERPs like Oracle/SAP. Strong Background and hands on Experience on Oracle Q2C, Order management, SCM Products is required. As the Solution Architect of quote to cash you will guide solutions teams to deliver a flexible and scalable solution, provide mentorship and supervise developers, as well as participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required.

 

Required Skills:

• 12-15 years' experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, Quote-to-Cash, CRM or ERP and minimum 5 years' experience in the capacity of a Solution Architect in a consulting organization
• Experience in either Oracle R12 Order Management and Shipping Execution or equivalent in SAP preferred with deep experience in quote to cash integrated processes with inventory, supply chain, and CPQ tools (preferably Big Machines)
• Acts a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive implementations and should be recognized as a functional expert in CPQ and/or Contract Management domain.
• Awareness of Suite of ERP products, with technical understanding of web, database, and object oriented software technologies, preferably salesforce.com / force.com
• Conducting Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers' business requirements
• Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
• Strong Technical background, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
• • Minimum 10 years' experience across CPQ and Contract Management, Billing Order, Order Management, Pricing administration, Shipping execution, export compliance, Revenue Recognition Management, or Rebate Management domain
  • Strong stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
  • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills to front end and manage Client leadership team expectations is essential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is highly desired
  • Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect & configure solution / implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
