Infogroup is looking for top talent to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Papillion, NE office. This position will be an integral part of the design and implementation of prospecting and marketing solutions for external clients. This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between clients, sales and product development team members. The Sr. Business Analyst reviews and analyzes product functionality, captures and provides business requirements for software and data solutions.

Essential Job Functions
- Work with a dedicated Agile team in providing product specifications, lean requirements, acceptance testing criteria and process workflows.
- Assist product owners in keeping stakeholders informed of issues and status updates.
- Consult with clients, product and technology teams to identify current processes, clarify business objectives and assist in establishing technology requirements.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on product functionality and workflows.
- Support clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
- Assist Project Manager in guiding team members through Agile Scrum processes.
- Investigate and resolve issues to meet client demands and schedule commitments.
- Participate in determining project scope, release planning and work estimations.
- Provide demos for product enhancements, new functionality and bug fixes to appropriate stakeholders.
- Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of basic application or web-based functionality
- Basic understanding of code and workflow capabilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes
- Preferred knowledge of Agile tools like Dev Ops and JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-initiative and leadership skills
- Experience in writing Agile Lean requirements
- Ability to perform high level quality analysis
- Basic knowledge of data modeling, database design, SQL and data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience required.
- 2 to 3 years of Agile product development experience required.
