Our company is looking to add a new team member to our Administrative family in Victoria, BC. We are now looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual to help support our Victoria office in an entry-level Office Administrator role starting immediately.


We are an industry-leading Marketing and Management Consulting Firm with 15 offices across Alberta and British Columbia. We serve a diverse corporate base of some of the largest clients in North America, including TELUS Communications.


The right individual will have opportunities to grow and advance within our company. Pay will start at $16.00 per hour, with a review after a 3-month probationary period. Medical and Dental Benefits will be provided after 6 months.


Office Administrator Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors as they arrive in our office and act as a representative of our company and our business partners.

* Direct candidates for the interviewing process.

* Assist with the candidate onboarding process and guide new hires to complete paperwork such as a background check.

* Maintain general knowledge of the company and reply to email, phone or face to face enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

* Support team members with correspondence, mail, invoices, expenses and team reports.

* Maintain computer and manual filing systems and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

* Data entry including updating team rosters and pay tracking.

* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning.

* Assist the office manager with additional tasks as required.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

* Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity

* Minimum 1-year Customer Service, Sales or Call Center experience.

* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

* Must be able to pass a criminal record check.

* Personable phone manner is a must!

* Excellent communication skills.

* Positive attitude and sense of humor.

* Professional personal appearance.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

* Prior knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.

* Minimum 45 WPM typing speed.
