They’re now looking for an ambitious Online Executive / Business Support Executive to join their fast-paced sales team and continue to grow their online presence within this competitive environment.
The successful candidate will join a young, fun team in a thriving, expanding company, working to optimise their property portfolio performance across a variety of online systems. The role will suit someone who is analytically minded and practical, with an excellent eye for detail and able to build strong relationships with external agency partners.
The role:
- Analyse and optimise portfolio performance and distribute properties across in-house systems and third party platforms (Home Away, Booking.com, Expedia, Marriott, etc.)
- Build close relationships with partner agents to ensure the best possible experience for both guests and property owners
- Analyse, extract and collate channel performance reports for the Head of Sales and the rest of the sales team
- Take ownership and responsibility for all backend property systems and be the first to point out areas of refinement and improvement
Skills and experience required:
- Be proactive and have a keen eye for detail
- Excellent analytical aptitude and a knack for spotting challenges and opportunities
- Experience with Excel is essential (V-lookups, report formatting and collating, pivot tables)
- Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with third party suppliers
- Some prior experience of the vacation rentals market would be desirable
