MISSION:

 

Ensures the achievement of the store business objectives (sales, profitability, etc.), as well as to promote and enhance the Gucci brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•SALES AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

 

  • Establishes and implements Action Plans to develop sales for each product category and client segment
  • Ensures the achievement of business objectives and implementing activities and strategic projects, keeping in constant connection with Corporate functions
  • Demonstrates sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor
  • Ensures the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store

 

•PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

 

  • Manage Store staff with the support of Local HR (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Product Training)
  • Ensures the development of motivation, sense of belonging, and business involvement

 

•STORE IMAGE MANAGEMENT

 

  • Ensures correct interpretation and implementation of visual guidelines, keeping store employees up to date about visual issues, and ensuring that best sellers products are displayed, through close cooperation with the VD-Team
  • Takes care of the general look of the store/depts. in terms of cleanness, tidiness, and efficiency, in order to ensure the best image of products and store, in line with the Gucci brand communication and promotion strategy
  • Ensures that ordinary maintenance is carried out, trough the intervention of the responsible corporate structures

 

•STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

 

  • Ensures an economical and operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Ensures an adequate integration and optimization between front and back-office, ensuring appropriate store resources coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management
  • Ensures maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with corporate policies and procedures

  • Sales targets;
  • Staff Turnover (HR);
  • Stock Inventory Results;
  • Conversion Rate, Average Price, Average Units per Ticket, Cross-Selling %, Ticket Association/CRM.
