Order Management planner

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop forecast by reviewing historical orders to provision the operational plans and customer demand of the products
  • Use data to analyse supply and demand.
  • Coordinate with head of department.
  • Keeps track of FMI 
  • Inventory management (using various reports from the suppliers, products usage reports and software tools like ERP & SAP in order to prepare for anticipated demand and endorse cost reducing inventory level actions to Management. 
  • Identifies area of opportunities that lead to greater efficiencies and lower costs.
  • Work cross functionally to identify and implement process improvement aimed to improve forecast accuracy and optimal deliverable levels.
  • Identify exit strategies for non-fast-moving products and near to expire products.
  • Develop and implement product deliverable plans to ensure adequate products flow based on business tendencies. 
  • Provide reporting on business performance using consistent approach. 



Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Order Management, Logistics or closely related equivalent
  • Experience in Order Management and Logistics (3 years+)
  • Good experience in warehouse softwares and computer skills (Microsoft Excel and related Office applications).
  • Experience with data analytics and software 
  • Good experience in KSA work conditions
  • Valid Ikama in KSA
