The successful applicant will apply their understanding of land and property markets from sub-regional down to neighbourhood or individual property scale. You will often be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to help design and improve the deliverability of challenging projects. This may require the development or innovative delivery models, value engineering and placemaking.
You will manage land and property inputs into:
- Financial viability studies
- Masterplans and regeneration frameworks
- Feasibility studies and business plans
- Planning policy evidence on housing and economic needs
- Business cases and funding bids for commercial and residential projects requiring public sector intervention.
