Your Team:

You will be an integral member of our WEI (Western Europe & India) Technical Sales team, specifically in the France Benelux franchise.

This is a team of technical sales specialists with a focus on understanding customer needs and developing and demonstrating Windchill PLM solutions across a diverse range of industries.

 

Your Impact: 

o   You will act as a Windchill technical specialist supporting all forms of Pre-Sales activities. Your PLM capabilities will become deeper and broader along with your customer facing skills.

o   You will help PTC win new PLM customers and ensure their success in using our solutions. PTC is a subscription-based company meaning our customers success is critical to our success.

o   Working as part of a team you will address challenging problems ranging from process investigation and re-engineering, Requests for Proposals and Custom demonstrators.

 

Your Day-To-Day:

Working as part of a countrywide Sales team, assisting PTC Account Managers by providing customer-facing functional and technical knowhow across the early stages of the customer buying process.

 

This includes Customer Relationship management, delivery of Pre-Sales technical activities including:

o   qualification of PTC Solution fit

o   supporting responses to Requests for Information / Proposal / Quotation

o   presenting technical solutions

o   preparing and delivering standard demonstrations

o   supporting technical validations

o   supporting the Customer Value Proposition

o   supporting PTC’s broad network of Partners including Resellers, System Integrators, Advisory Groups and leading Academic institutions.

 

Your Skills and Knowledge:

o   Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent

o   Some experience with technical solutions for Product Lifecycle Management – PTC Windchill preferred but not essential.

o   Proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines

o   Ability to travel with France, Benelux and Switzerland.

o   Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
