- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good linkages with public and private sectors working in health related projects
- Good interpersonal skills
- Sensitive to organization values and principles
- Skills in English and Urdu, including effective presentation skills
- Proficient in MS-Office, email communication
Job Description:
- Assist Project Manager and Regional coordinator for management of Project activities
- Strong coordination with field and office staff
Close coordination with Field staff for provision of supporting documents
- Preparation of MPR with consultation of RC, DMO and PM
- Ensuring maintaining of record of TB patients
- Follow ups TB patients through phone with consultation of DMO
- Assist RC and PM in facilitating mission for monitoring visits
- Preparation of work plan in close coordination of RC and PM
Financial Management:
- Reviewing of supporting documents and bills
- Preparation of requests for filed activities
- Assisting RC for submission of reports and Bills
- Timely submission of QRM/CGM/Chest camp bills
